Welcome to Mandalay Real Estate Media. By booking our photography and videography services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services & Bookings
1.1 All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
1.2 A confirmation email or invoice will be sent once your booking is secured.
1.3 Clients are responsible for providing accurate property details and access arrangements.

2. Payment & Fees
2.1 Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2.2 Late payments may incur additional fees.
2.3 Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
3.1 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3.2 Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability.
3.3 In case of inclement weather, Mandalay Real Estate Media reserves the right to reschedule or adjust the shoot.

4. Rights & Usage
4.1 Mandalay Real Estate Media retains the copyright to all images and videos.
4.2 Clients receive a limited-use license for marketing and listing purposes.
4.3 Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or editing of content is prohibited.
4.4 Mandalay Real Estate Media reserves the right to use any media for promotional purposes.

5. Property Preparation
5.1 Clients must ensure the property is clean, well-staged, and photo-ready prior to the scheduled shoot.
5.2 Our team does not provide cleaning or staging services.
5.3 Additional charges may apply if a reshoot is required due to inadequate preparation.

6. Liability & Indemnification
6.1 Mandalay Real Estate Media is not liable for property damages beyond our control.
6.2 Clients agree to indemnify Mandalay Real Estate Media against claims arising from the use of delivered media.
​
7. Revisions & Delivery
7.1 Standard turnaround time for media delivery is [insert timeframe]. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
7.2 One round of minor edits is included. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New York State, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Nassau County, NY.
